Exchanges and Returns
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition and accompanied by the original gift box(es) with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact, if applicable. Closeouts, clearance, “Last Call”, discounts exceeding 50 percent, special orders, altered pieces (including ring sizing) and custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift Certificates/Cards are not redeemable for cash and may be used for purchase only. Return shipping for online and shipped purchases are at the expense of the returning party.
