Exchanges and Returns

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition and accompanied by the original gift box(es) with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact, if applicable.

Closeouts, clearance, “Last Call”, discounts exceeding 50 percent, special orders, altered pieces (including ring sizing) and custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift Certificates/Cards are not redeemable for cash and may be used for purchase only. Return shipping for online and shipped purchases are at the expense of the returning party. Refunds will be given in the original form it was received, store gift card, or exchange.

Service & Cleaning

We will clean your jewelry (ultrasonic and steam) and check the settings free of charge. We recommend this be done every six (6) months. Lustre is not responsible for the loss of stones due to worn prongs and settings when cleaning.

Watch Repair Guarantee

All watch overhauls and repairs are guaranteed for a six (6) month period, unless otherwise noted. There is no guarantee for moisture, bands, crystals or minor repairs. The replacement of watch batteries does not guarantee function or water resistance, unless otherwise noted. Battery life is not guaranteed.

Colored Gemstone Enhancement Disclosure

Purchasers of colored gemstones should be aware that natural gemstones may be processed from the time they are extracted from the earth by one or more traditionally accepted trade practices. Many colored gemstones listed on this website have been subject to stable and possibly undetectable enhancement processes, unless otherwise noted and/or certificated. All relevant information will be provided to the best of our knowledge. Prevailing market values are based on these universally practiced and accepted processes by the gem and jewelry trade.

Warranty

Lustre warranties and guarantees all purchased jewelry items for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. The warranty period covers all manufacturer and design defects, but DOES NOT cover acts of God, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Standardized and traditional jewelry platings (ie: rhodium) are not covered under the warranty, unless otherwise noted. Estate jewelry has been previously enjoyed, thus all estate items are sold "AS IS" and are not subject to Lustre warranty coverage unless otherwise noted.
